Same 30-day cooldown applies. If you serve a customer weekly and they don't review after the first ask, they won't get asked again for 30 days. After that, if they're still active and haven't reviewed, we'll ask again on their next service.

If they leave a new review while on ReviewWheel, we know. We won't ask them again. For customers who reviewed you before signing up, contact our support and we'll manually exclude them. (Pro tip: Google rewards updated reviews. Asking a customer who reviewed you 2 years ago to update their review can be valuable.)

No, and we wouldn't even if we could. That's against Google's policy, and businesses that try get their Google profiles permanently disabled. What we do instead: ask the right customers at the right time. Most happy customers don't leave reviews unless prompted. We make sure they're prompted, which means more 5-star reviews drown out the rare bad one.
